Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login and connected devices secure.
• Google sign-in authenticates your account but does not replace any required age-verification process.
• You are responsible for activity through your account and must notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

The Lovmai experience

Lovmai companions are fictional, AI-generated experiences. They are not human beings and do not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services. AI responses may be inaccurate, unexpected, or incomplete. Do not rely on them for professional decisions or emergencies.

Subscriptions, content, and devices

• Free and paid features may differ by companion, content pack, region, account status, age eligibility, and device compatibility.
• Subscription price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund information will be shown at purchase and are also subject to the payment provider's terms.
• Digital content and device features may be updated, replaced, or retired to improve quality, safety, or compatibility.
• Connected devices require compatible software, network access, and a valid account. Do not modify or use a device in a way that creates safety or security risks.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Lovmai for illegal activity, exploitation, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, content involving minors, or attempts to facilitate real-world harm.
• Do not bypass age, subscription, safety, security, rate-limit, or device-access controls.
• Do not interfere with the service, extract data at scale, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, or impersonate another person.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or provide to Lovmai.

Our content and your content

Lovmai and its licensors retain rights in the service, characters, software, designs, media, and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. You retain rights in content you provide, while granting us the permissions reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Lovmai at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, legal obligations, payment issues, abuse, safety risks, or threats to the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lovmai is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Lovmai and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will publish the effective date and provide notice when required. If a change materially affects your rights, continued use after it takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Applicable consumer protections remain unaffected.
