Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, and authentication method.
• If you use Google sign-in, your verified email address, name, and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
• Conversation content, companion preferences, relationship memory, follows, and other choices you make in the service.
• Subscription status, age-verification status and method, and transaction-related records. We do not treat Google sign-in as proof of age.
• Device identifiers, binding status, connectivity, software version, diagnostics, and interaction events from a connected Lovmai device or accessory.
• Technical and usage data, including IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, feature activity, and security logs.

How we use information

• Provide and personalize your AI companion experience across web and connected devices.
• Authenticate your account, preserve your follows and subscriptions, and keep devices associated with the correct account.
• Operate conversations and memory features, deliver content, process subscriptions, and provide support.
• Protect users and the service, enforce age and access controls, prevent abuse, and investigate security incidents.
• Measure performance and improve Lovmai, including reliability, content relevance, and product design.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host data, authenticate users, deliver AI and media features, process payments, verify age, analyze reliability, and provide customer support. They may use information only to provide services to us under their agreements.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.

AI conversations and sensitive content

Lovmai companions are fictional AI experiences. Conversation content may be processed by our AI and infrastructure providers to generate responses and maintain the features you choose. Avoid sharing information you do not want processed. Mature content is restricted to eligible adults who complete the applicable access and age checks.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Retention periods vary by data type and account status. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can disconnect Google sign-in through your Google account settings; doing so does not automatically delete your Lovmai account or data. Contact us to make a privacy request.

Adults only and international use

Lovmai is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Lovmai evolves. We will publish the new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
